Do I need to take my car seat out of the car to install the nomie babyTM car seat cover?
NO. The nomie babyTM slips over your existing car seat cover, and the Velcro openings allow the shoulder straps to slip thru without the hassle of unbuckling the straps or removing the car seat.
 
Which makes and models do the covers fit?
The car seat covers are designed with elastic edges and Velcro opening to allow them to fit most makes and models. The infant size is designed to fit on the standard infant size car seat, and the elastic edges allows for flexibility. The toddler size is designed to fit over most convertible/toddler car seats. Are there any special washing instructions?
The nomie babyTM car seat cover can be machine washed and dried, and the quilted design will prevent the padding from bunching up.

What are the advantages to nomie babyTM vs. the existing car seat cover?
nomie babyTM is waterproof, so there is no need to cry over spilled milk or worse, because it won't leak onto the existing cover. No more sour milk! Also, many existing car seat cover care instructions say, "Do not machine wash" because they may shrink. Using a nomie babyTM car seat cover will help extend the life of your car seat, since it won't get so dirty and worn. If you have more than one child, you can pass the car seat down to them in clean condition, so they can make their own mess.

Where is nomie babyTM sold?
nomie babyTM can be bought thru the website, www.nomiebaby.com and in many baby and children's specialty stores.

Is there a socially responsible quality to nomie babyTM?
I am hoping that people won't throw away the packaging, and that instead they will use it for snacks, toys, books or to store another nomie babyTM in case of a spill or accident. In addition, a percentage of all sales will go to children's charities.

What is your return policy?
We hope that you are thrilled with your nomie babyTM car seat cover, and that it lets kids be kids with all the fun and mess, but no bother. However, if for some reason you are not as happy as we hope, please return it unused, in its original packaging with your receipt within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. We will credit your credit card for the full purchase price, but we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.

What about Shipping and Handling?
All orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and will go out within 3 days of placing the order. If you have lived without a nomie babyTM seat cover long enough, we can send it out quicker for you. The shipping and handling charges are additional to the purchase price. Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to NY addresses.

$125.01-$200 = $19.95 shipping and handing
above $200.01 shipping costs will be calculated based on UPS or USPS Priority Mail rates.

Do the fabrics meet child safety standards?
Yes, the fabrics have all been tested and meet the flammability and breathability standards, as well as pass the required CPSIA lead tests.
